There is no need to clean the skin with alcohol if the skin appears clean. There is no need to aspirate with SC or IM injections. Use Z-track method instead.

I went to an ENT for nose difficult breathing then he suggested me to do Diagnostic Endoscopic Test to find the problem. He sprayed one spray and numbing solution and did the test Thats how its all started. I have continues feeling of mucus in my throat need to always swallow. And some discomfort in stomach and wind pipe im sensing. Im thinking that Post Nasal Drip or LPR are the cause of the problem. If anybody going through the same issues help me to get out of this . I also have sleep issues bcoz of this problem
love it , Thanks

Go for CT scan rather than this shitty test it causes more problems
@@MindTherapy_18 my doctor thinks I just have nasal polyps, u could just get surgery to fix it.. but ur getting the endoscopy down the throat? Mines only a few inches up my nose and that’s it
@@leannepereira1680 Mine also few inches to the nose not nearer to throat it was slight deviation in nasal septum. He used straight rod not flexible probe . For endoscopy. Anyways Hope u get out this problem. best wishes For Healthy life. Thank you
@@MindTherapy_18 ohh ok thanks, I ended up not getting the camera but I’m waiting for a call back from the ent dr to get it done, it’s actually getting better for me since I have a nasal spray but it’s not completely gone
thanks Hermione!
Excellent demonstration of shoulder examination and special test. i believe it is extremely helpful for exam and daily practice. Thanks for sharing.
do you know what the special test was called ?
good presentation - i would have loudly followed the 4 x ts with the x 4 Hs designated role bibs are also essential - many are reluctant to pop these one but they are great airway nurse/dr ...drugs etc a senior nurse / doctor leading is always essential
She got the cake damnn
She is having so much fun isn’t she?

this is good but we should assess neck before placing cervical collar, lookng for jugular vein distention, Tracheal deviation and cervical step off. then C collar should be applied

Nobody over 85 should be a full code. Change my mind.
Nonsense. Way too long before calling for help and starting BLS
if there is a personal visual tool for you to check your ear canal examination very easy, to love and care about our ear health, what do you think?
had it done without numbing and was fine, just wanted to sneeze lol
Spectacular presentation, best I have ever seen. See this handy dandy summary sheet too aclsstudyguide.com/ACLSStudyGuide.com_ACLS_Review_Study_Guide_Course.pdf

Great basic demonstration
I did this it felt odd, slightly painful. Didnt like it. My innate reaction was to back away from the camera tube while it was in my nose, but the Dr insisted i push my head forward into it. Then having to say " EEEEEEE' . Not fun. found a tiny cyst on my vocal cord. I was having a tickle sensation everytime i spoke. Dr didnt take the cyst serious and told me im fine. Uh ok?
When that ER Nurse walks in, there is suddenly some serious Porno Vibes LOL
The person on airway seemed like he took multiple long breaks from keeping a steady RR To talk to the lead.
My GP did none of those. Told me to tilt my head and shoved the thing in for a few seconds. Said I had too much wax for him to see and tried to give me ear drops for syringing which I refused as I told him I have deafness and hyperaucusis. He didn't care.
Just had this done I was scared to death to have it done and it didn't even hurt worst part was the numbing stuff taste so bad
